INArk SDS

Act as master center repository to store account, signatures, and customer information as well as account and CIF-level of supporting documents. SDS is capable support signatures received from multiple channels, ranging from the traditional way of signature card scanning using the scanner, and signature capturing through a signature pad. INArk SDS is introduced to integrate with INArk Mobile, and INArk eKYC to take in the electronic signatures captured through both mobile applications and kiosks/tables. The captured signatures in digital form, ID details along with supporting documents will be sent by front-end application through web services on a real-time basis to SDS. It is then followed by necessary approval, and a verification process takes place in the SDS system before the information is deemed to be accurate, and secure and safe to use. SDS is a web-based system, with centralized database control that allows stored information to be easily accessed, and retrieved by any integration party anytime, anywhere without delay. SDS has proven to be scalable and extensible, with the capability of storing millions of data information, putting bank make no worries on performance-related areas.
